Terms, Conditions and Semen Order.
 

 

     

  • Please, phone or email us in advance.
  • Clauses:
    • To collect semen : we'll make sure that you can collect the sperm with us, you let the mare home and a veterinarian of your choice examines and fertilizes the mare.
    • Penning with us : our company veterinarian examines the mare and we fertilize the mare.
    • You drive with the mare up and down : our company veterinarian examines the mare and we fertilize the mare.
  • Order of semen:
    • Fresh sperm : depending on the breeding centre so inform in advance.
    • Frozen semen : to order (see : Stallions available via frozen semen)
    • The cost of transportation will be fully recharged on to the owner of the mare.
    • Semen Order : The semen order signed and dated, to send by fax or email befor the first order of the semen!
    • In the event that the owner wants the mare to have an embryo flush, we should be so notified upon first ordering sperm.
  • Stud fees:
    • There are no extras charged so the official rates are valid.
    • Take into account that the stud fees must be paid befor the first order of the semen!
  • Construction of Pregnancy:
    • When non-pregnancy is established within a period of nine weeks after the last insemination, but only until 1 October. During the breedingseason when non-pregnancy is established, the owner is obliged to offer the mare until August 15. The reduction is applied only after presentation of a veterinary certificate of non-pregnancy of the mare.
  • Veterinary monitoring:
    • Control of the follicle and pregnancy diagnosis : Ask for the advantageous formula!
    • Every day AFTER consultation appointment.
    • The cost of veterinary monitoring should be paid when the mare is taken home or after the examination.
  • Documents:
    • At the first insemination or collection of the first dose of semen, you should provide us the studbookdocument (or copy) of the mare.
  • Vaccination:
    • The mare should be sufficient vaccinated against influenza, tetanus and rhinopneumonia.
  • Cost of penning:
    • The cost of stable should be paid when the mare is taken home.
  • Responsibility:
    • The fertilizing and staying of your mare at our station is on behalf of the owner.
